B2B SAAS AFFILIATE & PARTNERSHIP CONSULTING
Your affiliate program is running. Is it earning its keep?
I help B2B SaaS companies figure out what’s working in their affiliate programs, fix what’s holding them back, and make the channel easier to manage. From one-off projects to ongoing ownership, you work directly with me.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
A running program can still underperform.
Maybe revenue has stalled. Maybe hundreds of affiliates have signed up but only a handful bring in customers. Or maybe the channel produces revenue, but nobody has time to work out whether it justifies more investment.
Before recruiting more partners, raising commissions, or changing tools, I’d rather find out what’s actually happening. Sometimes there’s a fix worth paying for. Sometimes there isn’t.

FAQ
The practical questions.
Who is this for?
Mostly B2B SaaS companies with an existing affiliate program, some performance history, and a reason to improve or reassess it.
Can you guarantee a return on investment?
No. We’ll agree on the cost, the evidence, and what improvement would justify the investment. But I won’t invent a revenue forecast before seeing your numbers.
Will you personally do the work?
Yes. For direct engagements, I do the agreed assessment and execution myself, with clear scope and availability.
Do I have to commit to a retainer?
No. Audits and improvement projects have a fixed scope and end date. Ongoing management is an option when it makes sense.
Your affiliate program should be easier to explain than it is right now.
Tell me what’s happening. I’ll let you know if I think I can help and what a sensible first project might look like.
