My career started in customer support at MailerLite, moved into customer success, and eventually landed in partnerships, which is where I’ve stayed. I left a stable role there to go independent. While at MailerLite I managed the affiliate program through a period that generated over $5.9M in revenue, documented in a Partnero case study.

I now work with the founders of Affilial, an affiliate program management agency for B2B SaaS companies, managing 10,000+ affiliate partners across multiple programs. Day to day that means recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention across multiple clients simultaneously on platforms like PartnerStack, Tapfiliate, and FirstPromoter.

This blog exists because most of what’s written about affiliate program management is either vendor documentation or generic advice that doesn’t reflect how programs actually work from the inside. I write from the operator’s side, specific, experience-based, and without the fluff.

I’m based on the Costa del Sol in Spain. Outside of work I do aerial arts, keep a small garden, and share my home office with four cats and a standard poodle named Barbie.
