These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of digital products sold through nicolepyzyk.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific information shown at checkout.

2. Digital products covered by these Terms
These Terms cover downloadable digital resources sold on this website, including playbooks, templates, prompts, AI skills, implementation maps, guides and related files. Product descriptions form part of the purchase information, so please review them before ordering.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product and checkout pages.
- Payment must be completed through an available checkout payment method before paid digital products are supplied.
- Any taxes or charges required by law will be handled as applicable and, where relevant, reflected during checkout or invoicing.
- If a payment fails, is reversed, or is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, access to the digital product may be withheld or revoked.
4. Digital delivery
Paid digital products are normally made available for download immediately after successful payment, usually through the order-confirmation page and/or the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete when the download or access method has been made available to you.
If you do not receive or cannot access your files, contact hello@nicolepyzyk.com and include the email address used for your order.
5. Licence and permitted use
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may adapt prompts, templates, sequences and implementation materials for your own work or for work you personally perform for your employer or clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload to a shared marketplace or public repository, give away, or otherwise provide the original product files or substantially equivalent copies to third parties.
6. AI tools and generated outputs
Some products include AI prompts, skills or workflows designed to help generate drafts or operational materials. AI-generated output can contain errors and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for checking facts, claims, legal requirements, brand voice, links, deadlines, commercial terms and implementation logic before publishing or automating generated material.
No digital product sold here guarantees a particular commercial result, affiliate activation rate, conversion rate, revenue outcome or platform compatibility.
7. Refunds, withdrawal and defective digital content
These products are digital content supplied electronically. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance purchase, that right may cease once supply of the digital content begins only where the legally required conditions are met, including any required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description, supplied incorrectly, or if another remedy is required by law.

8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original product materials, structure, written guidance, branding and files remain the intellectual property of Nicole Pyzyk. Purchasing a product grants usage rights under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
9. Third-party platforms and services
Products may refer to or be designed for use with third-party tools such as affiliate platforms, email service providers or AI products. Those services are operated independently and may change their features, pricing, terms or technical requirements. Unless expressly stated, purchase of a product does not include access to or fees for third-party services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicole Pyzyk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a digital product, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, platform changes, third-party service failures or decisions made from AI-generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to products and these Terms
Digital products may be updated, improved or reformatted over time. These Terms may also be updated when the products, website practices or applicable rules change. The version in force when you place an order applies to that purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable law.
